Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and produce visual assets for a variety of digital mediums with good understanding of formats and performance
  • Avid consumer of social media and able to apply learnings on client briefs
  • Craft compelling and innovative creative strategies and concepts that elevate the standard of our creative output.
  • Collaborate with strategy and client teams to define the creative concept vision that aligns with the organization's business objectives and enhances the client's brand strategy.
  • Provide creative leadership for key clients in the portfolio.
  • Ideate and create engaging and shareable social media content for B2B industries (Tech/Healthcare/Sustainability) and public sector clients, with a focus on LinkedIn, Tik Tok and Meta.
  • Contribute to expanding WE's creative portfolio through the creation of content for Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok, as well as the use of creative tools such as AR/VR/UIUX/video automation/gaming/audio/experiential.
  • Keep abreast of emerging digital and social trends and technologies and apply them to the client's work or creative sprints at WE.
  • Open to learning and adopting Generative AI in your day-to-day work process
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in creative campaign, design, marketing and generative AI
  • Contribute to the agency's capabilities in data-driven storytelling through technology.
  • Execute the creative team’s vision and mission in collaboration with practice and creative lead.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of relevant working experience as a Designer/Motion Artist/Content Creator/Art Director in production, advertising, social media, public relations, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign etc.
  • Familiarity with design trends and techniques across various digital mediums
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to take direction and work well in a team environment.
  • Ability to work independently, as part of a team, and with senior leaders in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and multitasking requirements.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Must have a design portfolio.
  • Strong interest in pushing the boundaries of creative ideas in B2B industries (Tech/Healthcare/Sustainability) and the public sector.
  • Basic knowledge of editing content through modern mobile applications, such as Adobe Premiere Rush, Splice, InShot, or Canva.
  • Familiarity with UIUX design and applications, such as Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision Studio, is a plus.
  • Familiarity with HTML / CSS is a plus
