Art Advisor

Job Description:

1. Build and nurture relationships with clients, offering customized art advice. Address customer inquiries promptly and effectively, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
2. Actively assist in daily gallery operations, providing expertise as an art advisor to enhance the overall client experience.
3. Manage daily administrative tasks, including email correspondence, invoicing for artwork sales, cataloguing, and archive management.
4. Transport artworks, install and de-install exhibitions, coordinating with external contractors as needed to ensure professional handling and presentation.
5. Ensure the gallery space is visually appealing and well-maintained, reflecting the high standards of our establishment.
6. Utilize graphic design skills to develop basic advertising and promotional materials, effectively visually communicating the gallery's offerings.
7. Undertake various tasks as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to contribute to the gallery's success.

Job Requirements:

1. Art History/Fine Arts diploma preferred.
2. Art industry experience, gallery or advisory role favored.
3. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
4. Basic graphic design abilities.
5. Open to shift work.
6. Full time & Part time are welcome

Working days and time:

1. 11:30am - 8:30pm
2. 5 days' work in shift per week
