Job description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist Operations Manager to manage all assigned stores to ensure smooth flow of daily operations & delivery of targets for each outlet.
  • Ensure that operational and training standards are consistently followed and executed across different outlets.
  • Manage manpower schedules.
  • Implement company programs and manage operations as required to ensure compliance with SOPs, safety regulations, and local regulations to provide an optimal level of service and quality to customers.
  • Participate in audits to ensure company standards for operations, food quality, outlet hygiene, and workplace safety are met.
  • Investigate customer complaints and propose areas of improvement.
  • Create, recommend, and implement promotional ideas to attract more guests and gain a larger share of the local market.
  • Attract, retain, and motivate employees; conduct performance and salary reviews, resolve problems, provide open communication, and recommend discipline and termination as appropriate.
  • Monitor and control the maintenance and sanitation of all areas of the restaurants and equipment to protect assets, comply with regulations, and ensure quality service.
  • Perform any other job-related duties as assigned.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • At least 3 years of proven relevant experience in multi-store management in the F&B industry.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify opportunities and build reliable models for business growth.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales growth targets.
  • Able to set priorities, plan, organize, and delegate.
  • Flexibility to travel between outlets and work on weekends/public holidays.
