FORM Careers is recruiting Architectural Designers for an award-winning international practice for their Singapore studio. We are seeking versatile and talented professionals with 4 - 5 years of experience, strong design skills, and mixed project sector backgrounds.

IDEAL CANDIDATES:

This practice values diverse sector backgrounds for knowledge-sharing and team upskilling. Relevant experience may include:

• Exposure to masterplanning and/or urban design in addition to architectural design.
• Experience in mixed-use, transport, and/or large-scale commercial projects.
• Expertise in healthcare, data centres, education, or sci-tech is also highly regarded.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and contribute to the design and development of projects.
• Manage projects through all phases ensuring design intent is maintained throughout delivery.
• Work on architectural masterplanning and urban design, in addition to detailed architectural design for buildings.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver creative and impactful design solutions.
• Ensure compliance with relevant building regulations, planning policies, and industry standards.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• 4 - 5 years of experience in practice.
• Strong design skills with a creative and problem-solving approach.
• Ideally experience working on at least one project in construction stages.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and other relevant design software.
• Strong communication and ideally stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive, adaptable, and collaborative approach to problem solving.

Singaporean and Singapore PR candidates will be prioritised.
