Architectural Designer

Job Description

JOW Architects is looking for a full-time Architectural Designer to join our team in Singapore. A passionate and motivated individual with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence. The candidate should possess good interpersonal skills and be able to work independently and within a team in a proactive studio environment.

Job Responsibilities

1. Manage assigned Architectural and Interior projects independently under the guidance of the Principal and/or Associate.
2. Design development throughout all stages from Concept design to Detail design.
3. Project management and coordination till the completion of projects.
4. Productions of 2D/3D drawings and Detail Construction drawings, including Tender Documents & Drawings.
5. Prepare meeting minutes and document information logically.
6. Coordinate and communicate with various consultants and vendors for the projects.
7. Represent the Company to attend Design coordination and Technical meetings.

Job Requirements

1. Possess a flair for creativity and a keen eye for detail.
2. Proficiency in software (AutoCAD, Sketch-up, PowerPoint, Adobe Photoshop, etc.).
3. Knowledge in 3D software and Photoshop.
4. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Ability to self-motivate with good time management skills.
6. At least 2 years of experience during the construction stage.
7. Relevant Diploma or Degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
