Architectural Coordinator

Job Description

1. Attend technical meetings/site meetings with consultants, and provide technical solutions.
2. Study drawings and coordinate architectural works with the consultants and sub-contractors to resolve any technical/site issues.
3. Ensure architectural works are carried out according to specifications/drawings.
4. Inform Project Director/Project Manager on any technical/site problems pertaining to architectural works.
5. Supervise the progress of architectural works on site.
6. Coordinate sub-contractor's architectural work and ensure the work is on schedule.

Requirements

1. Minimum Diploma in Architecture or equivalent.
2. 5 years relevant working experience in Architectural coordination.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
