Job Description
Design Coordination
• Assist the Architect in coordinating design details between clients, consultants, and contractors to align architectural designs with project requirements, regulations, and safety standards.
• Collaborate with project teams to develop architectural designs, schedules, and construction plans.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and milestones to ensure progress is in line with project goals.
• Review project specifications, tender clarifications, and construction drawings to assist in contract and procurement management.
• Resolve on-site architectural issues, such as drawing discrepancies, method statements, and project correspondence.
• Degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in architectural design and project coordination, with experience in large-scale construction projects.
• Familiarity with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, and other relevant architectural software is preferred.
• Conquas Manager or Conquas Supervisor certified by BCA or SCAL.
