Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Architectural Assistant located in Singapore, with working from home opportunities. The Architectural Assistant will be responsible for supporting architectural projects through technical drawing, developing architectural drawings, and preparing presentations. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with the Principal Architect and other team members, communicating project details, and ensuring the quality and accuracy of all technical documentation. Online workspace shall be the medium for project monitoring and tracking.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of industry experience
• Technical Drawing and Architectural Drawings skills
• Proficiency in Architecture principles and techniques
• Strong Communication skills and motivated individual
• Experience in preparing and delivering Presentations
• Excellent attention to detail and quality assurance
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
• Relevant experience in architecture with BIM and local compliance submission experience are a plus
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology
