Salary: Up to $8000 + Transport

Location: Central, Ubi

5 days work week

Responsibilities:

• Lead architectural design and build projects from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with client expectations, regulatory requirements, and budget.
• Manage the preparation and submission of planning applications and other necessary regulatory documentation.
• Coordinate project activities, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, collaborating effectively with in-house teams.
• Drive the design process, emphasizing both creative vision and technical precision in all architectural plans and documentation.
• Oversee the creation of detailed drawings, specifications, and construction documents, ensuring adherence to industry standards and building codes.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress, address on-site challenges, and coordinate subcontracted work.

Requirements:

• Master/ Bachelor of Architecture equivalent (Recognised by BOA).
• Registration with BOA an advantage.
• 5 years of relevant experience. Preferred experience in design or project management of landed residential projects.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit and/or Lumion.

Remuneration will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
