Architect

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate with design / project team, consultants / contractors to ensure compliance of design intent
• Produce conceptual and schematic design and detail working drawings including selection of material
• Handover of premises including monitoring of defect rectification and documentation
• Inspect works on site

JOB COMPETENCY (QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE)

• Degree in Architect from a University recognized by the Board of Architects Singapore
• Willing to work on MRT projects
• Strong knowledge of architectural details, working drawings and local construction practices
• Conversant with local codes and regulations
• Tactful in handling clients and contractors/sub-contractors
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills
