1. Design and develop application and technical architecture components, ensuring high performance, responsiveness, and scalability.
2. Create and maintain technical documentation.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
4. Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
5. Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
6. Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
7. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends.
8. Assist in the preparation and production of releases of software components.
9. Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review.
10. Manage a small team of developers, providing leadership, guidance, and mentorship.
11. Lead the team in coding, unit testing, and code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices.
12. Provide support for System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
13. Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to understand and refine requirements.
14. Work closely with business analysts and end-users to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction.
15. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including specifications, system design documents, and testing documentation.
16. Ensure compliance with company standards and policies, including security standards and development methodologies.
17. Perform the detailed design of application and technical architecture components.
18. Develop common test data.
19. Configure, build, and test the application or technical architecture components.
20. Collaborate with other developers, designers, and architects to ensure configurations meet requirements and performance goals.
21. Adhere to security coding practices to mitigate common vulnerabilities.
22. Participate in code reviews and notify the technical architect and project manager of any issues.
23. Assist in transitioning application components to testers.
24. Address defects and performance issues identified during testing.
25. Document the application for maintenance purposes.
