We are looking for a skilled Application Technologist to join our innovative and dynamic flavour development team. If you are passionate about flavour science, skilled in technical application, and excited about collaborating closely with R&D, sales, and creative teams, we want you on board.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct application trials to evaluate flavour performance across diverse food and beverage products.

• Collaborate with flavourists, product developers, and sales teams to create winning flavour solutions tailored to client briefs.

• Provide technical insights and troubleshooting for optimal flavour performance in end-use applications.

• Prepare and present application samples effectively for internal assessments and client demonstrations.

• Support the sales team in technical presentations and client interactions, contributing directly to business successes and growth.

• Maintain thorough documentation of trials, results, and processes to ensure accurate reporting and compliance.

What We are Looking For:

• Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or related discipline.

• 3+ years' experience in a technical application role within the flavour or food ingredient industry.

• Strong hands-on experience with various food and beverage applications (bakery, confectionery, beverages, dairy etc).

• Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret technical data.

• Effective communicator, capable of working seamlessly with cross-functional teams and clients.

• A proactive mindset, with strong organizational and project management abilities.
