Application Support Specialist

Job Responsibilities

1. Plan and carry out new setup
2. Provide guidance to application users
3. Provide application troubleshooting
4. Log, escalate and follow through with issues raised by users
5. Support in the testing of new applications and enhancement patches
6. Conduct training for users on the use of the application

Job Requirements

1. NITEC/Diploma in IT or relevant discipline
2. Possess good communication & interpersonal skills
3. Patient, polite, friendly and helpful personality
4. Positive attitude, dynamic, resourceful and independent
5. Able to cope with fast-paced environment
6. Knowledge of Microsoft SQL will be an advantage
7. Junior/entry level are welcomed. Training will be provided
