Job description

Job Responsibility

  1. Lead a team of IT Support personnel
  2. Provide technical support to teams within the organization when required
  3. Manage the day-to-day activities of the team
  4. Resolve customers’ enquiries or issues upon escalation from internal and external sources, ensuring proper follow-up to final closure
  5. Provide customers with Cartrack application systems product knowledge of functions and features, including training and assistance
  6. Maintain and update technical documents and procedures
  7. Perform daily system monitoring, verifying integrity and availability of Cartrack’s application
  8. Provide assistance in application testing and coordination with the developer team
  9. Engage in product feature enhancements/roadmap development requests with the architect
  10. Have good knowledge in setting up software produced by the company

Job Requirements

  1. Candidates with supervisory experience and IT & engineering experience are highly advantageous
  2. Proficient in English & Mandarin
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  4. Hands-on and a positive attitude
  5. Technically independent with good initiative
  6. Strong analytical problem-solving skills with an out-of-the-box approach in providing solutions
  7. Some traveling will be expected
