Our client is a global player in one of the fastest-growing manufacturing sectors. It has a strong Asia Pacific presence with its regional headquarters based out of Singapore. Now, it is looking to hire an experienced Application Manager (Oracle Fusion HCM) in Singapore.

Requirements:

• Degree holder with at least 8 to 12 years of relevant Oracle Fusion HCM Application experience, including modules like Core HR, Employee Self-Service, Time and Labor, Recruitment, Workforce Planning, Performance, and Talent Management.
• Strong project management skills.
• Proven vendor management skills, including handling vendor relationships and activities.
• People manager with a hands-on mindset and existing ability to handle technical issues and change requests if required.
• Able to interact effectively at all levels of the organization within a highly matrixed organization.
• Proven track record in managing a lean team.

MUST HAVE: Work experience in Singapore and currently based in Singapore.
