The company is currently looking for two application engineers with the knowledge of:

• PCB Coating Machine OR
• IC packaging test, Wafer level test (WLCSP), RF test, Memory test

My client is a well-known semiconductor high speed machine manufacturer providing one-stop solutions to the electronics industry.

Application Engineer (IC Packaging Test, Wafer Level Test)

Responsibilities:

• Subject matter expert to provide technical solutions to customers
• Be the bridging point between R&D and customers
• Provide on-site technical support if necessary

Requirements:

• Qualification: Degree in Engineering
• Minimum 5 years' exposure in IC packaging test, Wafer level test (WLCSP), RF test, Memory test
• Customer centric, solution driven, and good communication skills

Application Engineer (PCB Coating)

Responsibilities:

• Subject matter expert to provide technical solutions to customers
• Conduct coating applications and equipment demonstrations
• Conduct on-site installation, commissioning, and testing

Requirements:

• Qualification: Degree in Engineering
• Minimum 3 years' exposure in electronics coating process
• Customer centric, solution driven, and good communication skills
