Roles and Responsibilities

1. Oversee the delivery of software and application services, ensuring they meet business requirements and customer needs. Monitor service performance metrics, manage SLAs and report on outcomes to stakeholders.
2. Act as the main point of contact for clients, managing expectations and ensuring services are delivered at the right capacity and within agreed timelines. Proactively communicate with clients to understand their needs, resolve issues, and build strong relationships.
3. Lead implementation projects from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and budget. Manage internal and external IT contracts, including negotiations, compliance and vendor performance to align with business objectives.
4. Provide leadership and support to the project team, fostering a collaborative environment and driving performance. Invest in team development through training, coaching, and performance management to ensure the team remains skilled and motivated.
5. Focus on enhancing CSAT scores by engaging proactively with clients, addressing feedback, resolving issues promptly, and implementing improvements to elevate the customer experience.
