Our Services organization is seeking a motivated intern to join our dynamic team, working on customer journey analysis and strategic improvements in iCloud attachment and payment success.

Description

This internship is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in strategic analysis and customer relationship management within a fast-paced, dynamic setting. In this role, you will:

1. Explore key reasons behind customer engagement and non-engagement with our services, identifying barriers that may prevent full utilization. Additionally, you will conduct comprehensive churn analysis, gaining insights into what drives customer retention and attrition.
2. Work on analyses, which may lead to strategic recommendations aimed at boosting critical performance metrics, such as increasing iCloud attachment and payment success rates.

Minimum Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in business, economics or similar fields of study.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel and Tableau.
