Apply now for our global team as APJ Regional Sales Operations Analyst, Ultrasound and you will be responsible to handle a full spectrum of work to contribute to the success of the business.

Your role:

Opportunity Management Support:

  • You are responsible to assist the field sales team in managing opportunities, including creation, updating, and closing of sales opportunities.
  • You are responsible to prepare and ensure accurate documentation required for order booking across Indirect Countries in the APJ region.

Sales Reporting and Dashboards:

  • You are responsible to develop and implement reporting tools and dashboards to enhance the efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity of the sales organization.
  • You are responsible to deliver insights and materials including:
    • PowerPoint presentations
    • Data visualization reports
    • Sales opportunity qualification analyses
    • Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) reports
    • Product-related promotional materials

Sales Campaign Analysis:

  • You are responsible to prepare and analyze data from previous sales campaigns to evaluate successful strategies.
  • You are responsible to identify actionable insights and recommend changes to processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Business Partner Support:

  • You are responsible to manage the operational aspects of onboarding new Business Partners and transitioning existing ones.
  • You are responsible to prepare and provide data required for the evaluation of Business Partner performance.
  • You are responsible to serve as the liaison between Business Partners and internal teams on sales orders, order deliveries, and various operational topics.

Process Optimization:

  • You are responsible to collaborate with cross-functional teams to recommend and implement process improvements that streamline sales operations and enhance overall productivity.

Your expertise:

  • You are a Diploma graduate / Bachelor graduate (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office Applications e.g. MS Word, Excel, PPT.
  • You have working knowledge of MS Teams, Power BI and SAP Applications is an advantage.
  • You have previous experience in a healthcare organization is an advantage.
  • You take ownership of the task on hand and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • You are self-driven, goal-oriented, and energized team player.
  • You have strong organizational and planning skills.
  • You have the discipline to follow-up on routine tasks, and willingness to take on stretch assignments.
  • You have highly developed attention to detail.
