Today, there is an exciting opportunity to join our API Production Planning Team at Pfizer Tuas. Working as part of the experienced API Production Planning Team, you will help transform the future of API Production Planning both on Site and within the wider Global Supply Chain Network. Your role will make the Breakthroughs possible and bring medicine to patients faster.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
The API Planning Team interfaces and receives input from the Global product teams (PPLs/BSLs) on long range forecasts, regulatory strategy and other strategic product needs and develops a feasible and balanced supply plan in accordance with agreed service levels and target inventories, capacity plans and identified constraints. Using this interface and in close partnership with the site, the API Production Planner (PCP / Graduate) will be responsible for the following:
Maintaining API Production Planning Processes
Long Range Planning
Demand/Capacity management
Customer Supply Management
Parameters and Metrics
Planning Team Dynamics and Own Development
ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS
Collaborates closely with Site SC team and other Plant PCTs to enable the on-schedule delivery of the Production Plan
Collaborates with Network Teams to develop and deploy the API Production Planning Ecosystem
Coordinates closely with Global Planning Processes team to continuously improve planning processes, adherence and site colleague capabilities and influence future system enhancements
EDUCATION
Basic Qualifications
Degree in Business, Engineering, Science and/or APICS
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing is a plus
Excellent technical, organizational, project management, communication, and leadership skills are required so the candidate can perform with confidence across all levels of the Organization
EXPERIENCE
0-2 years of post-graduate experience. Experience in Pharmaceutical Industry or equivalent is an advantage
Shows fresh and insightful thinking by developing creative approaches to processes and practices
Proven problem solving and analytical skills
Ability to interact, build effective relationships, and influence at all levels of the organization
Ability to work effectively in an environment of competing priorities with concurrent deadlines
Non-Standard Work Schedule, Travel or Environment Requirements
Ability to communicate across regions, countries, cultures and time zones
