APAC Supply Chain Manager

We're seeking a talented Senior Supply Chain Manager to join MedTech client in Singapore. As a key member of Supply Chain ERP program, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of healthcare by designing and deploying global ERP capabilities that drive business success.

About the Role

As the Senior Supply Chain Manager, Process Design Logistics, you'll lead the logistics workstream and collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, harmonize, and deliver global ERP capabilities. Your expertise will ensure seamless integration of business processes, technology, and data to drive program results.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead process design and deployment within the logistics functional area
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive comprehensive solutions and ensure compliance with global templates
• Partner with IT, data, and business adoption teams to realize program results
• Establish and document business capabilities, validate, and deploy them using the TranSCend program methodology
• Drive alignment between business process owners, subject matter experts, and IT to enable solution and process blueprints

What We're Looking For

• Advanced degree in Engineering, Business, or Supply Chain
• Minimum 7 years of business experience, with 3 years in Logistics and 3 years in business process design and optimization
• Familiarity with GxP and SOX requirements, certification in areas of expertise (e.g., PMP, APICS, Lean/Six Sigma)
• Proven project management experience, strong communication and organizational change skills
• Ability to build partnerships and collaborate internally and externally
