Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled APAC Regional Product Lead to join our Go-to-Market Operations team at Google. This role will play a critical part in growing the Lead Gen business in APAC and establishing a strong foundation for sustained growth across the product suite.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute the GTM strategy for APAC Lead Gen, collaborating with Global Product teams, Regional Specialists, and cross-functional teams.
2. Promote the APAC perspective at the global level, influencing the strategy and future direction of Lead Gen product solutions.
3. Create plans to activate and commercialize products like Search, Performance Max, and Demand Gen for Lead Gen MO APAC, leveraging data and insights to identify untapped opportunities.
4. Foster market trust and excitement for Lead Gen, delivering solutions that meet business objectives and product adoption goals.
5. Maintain an external market perspective, providing expert opinions on competitive trends, industry challenges, and evolving market needs.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
2. 10 years of experience in management consulting, GTM sales strategy and operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Knowledge of Lead Gen solutions in APAC.
2. Able to clearly articulate business needs or problems and identify solutions with guidance.
3. Ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
4. Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to absorb technical concepts and effectively communicate them to a non-technical audience.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills, including the ability to navigate ambiguity and design creative solutions to complex challenges.

Salary:
$250,000 - $350,000 per year
