APAC Procurement Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented APAC Procurement Manager to join our team in Singapore. In this pivotal role, you will lead procurement initiatives across the Asia-Pacific region, driving strategic sourcing and supplier management to ensure the continued success of our operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute procurement strategies that align with organizational goals and enhance operational efficiency across the APAC region.
2. Identify and establish strong relationships with key suppliers, ensuring optimal pricing, quality, and service delivery.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support various departments in achieving their procurement needs and objectives.
4. Monitor market trends and conduct thorough analysis to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
5. Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

1. Proven experience in a procurement management role, ideally within the APAC region.
2. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
3. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a keen eye for detail.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to working with teams and suppliers.
5. A proactive mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s Degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
2. Experience in strategic sourcing and supplier management is essential.
