As part of the clinical value stream, you will be working with the APAC Medical Insights & Communication Manager to contribute to the medical communication strategy for clinical groups and enhance Roche’s digital outreach in order to drive clinician adoption of medical value solutions.
Your Opportunity
In this role, you will:
Contribute to the medical communication strategy for clinician groups, including KOLs, rising stars, and mass clinicians.
Deliver insights and best practice recommendations to enhance Roche’s digital outreach and communication excellence, driving clinician adoption of medical value solutions.
Support Roche's clinical thought leadership by managing initiatives on platforms like cardiothinklab.com and flagship clinician events to boost high impact engagement, and facilitating collaborations with key associations.
Independently gather and communicate medical insights, advocating for systematic clinician engagement.
Serve as a key contact for affiliates, aiding their local execution of medical insights and reinforcing Roche's value and thought leadership.
Oversee agencies and partners to produce testimonials, communication aids, and events, aligning with Roche’s strategic goals.
Who You Are
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in science or medicine or pharmacy. Advanced degree (Masters, Medical Degree, Pharm. D, PhD) in the related field is desired. An additional business degree is an advantage.
At least 3 years of work experience in the healthcare industry, medical communications industry, healthcare institutions or related field.
Robust project management and exceptional stakeholder management skills for collaborations with teams and external stakeholders.
Good understanding of healthcare markets. Experience in APAC is preferred.
Learning agility to learn quickly and continuously about the medical value of IVD products and solutions
Strategic thinking and planning skill with proven analytical and forward-looking thought process
