Job description

Our client is a distinguished luxury retail company. They are committed to creating an immersive and memorable experience for their discerning clientele, both within their prestigious boutiques and through their digital channels.

They are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Manager (APAC) to join their passionate regional team in Singapore. This pivotal role will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies that drive brand engagement, customer acquisition, and loyalty across their retail locations and online platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the luxury consumer, a flair for creating impactful activations, and a proven ability to leverage both physical and digital touchpoints to enhance the customer journey.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans encompassing in-store activations, online campaigns, retail marketing initiatives, and loyalty programs to achieve business objectives and enhance brand visibility in APAC.
  • Conceptualize and execute engaging in-store events and activations that elevate the customer experience, drive foot traffic, and generate buzz around new collections, collaborations, and brand initiatives.
  • Plan and manage online marketing campaigns across various digital channels (e.g., website, social media, email marketing, online advertising) to drive brand awareness, e-commerce sales, and customer engagement.
  • Develop and manage retail marketing initiatives to optimize the in-store environment, including visual merchandising support, point-of-sale materials, and promotional activities.
  • Lead the development and execution of customer loyalty programs that foster long-term relationships, encourage repeat purchases, and enhance customer lifetime value.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales, visual merchandising, and e-commerce teams to ensure seamless integration of marketing efforts across all customer touchpoints.
  • Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal ROI on all marketing activities.
  • Track, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends in luxury retail, digital marketing, and consumer behavior to identify new opportunities and innovative marketing approaches.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors as needed.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing communications and channels.
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive customer data acquisition and leverage data for personalized marketing efforts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in regional marketing, preferably within the luxury retail sector.
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and executing in-store and online activations, retail marketing campaigns, and loyalty programs.
  • Strong understanding of the luxury consumer mindset and their engagement preferences.
  • Excellent creative thinking and ability to develop innovative marketing concepts.
  • Solid experience in digital marketing channels and analytics.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive marketing decisions.
  • Passion for the luxury retail industry and a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in relevant marketing tools and technologies.
