Your Role: Lead HR functions to design and implement policies, compensation & benefits, drive recruitment, enhance employee engagement, manage operations, and provide strategic guidance to leadership, ensuring compliance and efficiency during the start-up phase. Key Responsibilities:
Policy Development: Create and implement HR policies, update employee handbooks, and establish performance management and grievance protocols.
HR Business Partnering: Advise APAC leadership on engagement, performance management, and strategic HR initiatives like merit reviews and recognition programs.
Recruitment & Onboarding: Partner with recruiters to build a diverse workforce, draft job descriptions, and lead onboarding for seamless integration.
HR Operations: Manage HR systems, payroll, benefits, and compliance while supporting workforce planning and plant ramp-up.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related fields.
5–8 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing.
Expertise in labor laws, compliance, and setting up HR functions in start-up environments.
