What the day will look like

Carry out a range of project management related functions, through a series of developmental work rotations. While responsibilities may vary to some extent with each rotation, all are contained in the general role statements below:

1. Assist in achieving business objectives within a team environment through assigned research, policy, and project activities allocated during developmental work placements.
2. Develop and maintain effective and productive working relationships with appropriate external client contacts and other internal Aon clients.
3. Effectively participate in on-the-job and other learning and development activities provided throughout the development programme.
4. Pitching and storytelling - potential to communicate to stakeholders in a compelling way.
5. Carrier management - develop negotiation strategies.

1. Fresh graduates or candidates with less than 1 year work experience.
2. Able to commence full-time employment in July 2025.
3. Ability to work as an integral part of a team, fostering teamwork and cultivating relationships.
4. Critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
5. Curious and able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook are required.
