Job Description Summary:

We are seeking a results-oriented and analytical professional to join our newly set up Cross-Border Trade Business team. The ideal candidate will use data-driven insights to help drive business priorities and support operational execution.

Your way to impact:

In your day-to-day role you will:

1. Data & Analysis: Deliver high-impact, data-driven insights in cross-border payments to shape strategic decisions and influence business outcomes at the executive level.
2. Performance Monitoring & Tools Development: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor growth, market penetration, and financial performance.
3. Insights Generation: Identify emerging opportunities in global markets, providing data-backed recommendations that drive business expansion.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with product, marketing, sales, finance, and in-market teams to generate and refine data-driven insights.

What do you need to bring:

1. Strong Analytical Skills: Deep expertise in advanced analytics tools and techniques, including SQL, Python, R, and data visualization platforms.
2. Effective Communication & Clarity: Proven ability to distill complex topics into simple, concise recommendations.
3. Strategic Acumen & Business Case Development: Extensive experience in developing business cases and providing strategic recommendations.

Desired Qualifications

1. 7+ years of relevant experience in data analytics with strong exposure to business strategy.
2. Master's/Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Finance, or a related quantitative field.
3. Demonstrated proficiency in large database manipulation through standard access tools, such as SQL.
4. Experience in global payments, financial services, or digital commerce is highly desirable.
