Summary
The Scheduling Analyst / Senior Analyst will look at operationalizing the network plan by ensuring that schedule changes are executed accurately and all stakeholders and downline systems are updated with the latest schedules. The incumbent will also look at existing processes and work flows and make recommendations for enhancements and automation.

Responsibilities
Perform and coordinate schedule changes with other departments to ensure that all passengers are notified in time and that all relevant stakeholders are informed about the schedule change
Ensure that schedules are correctly loaded into various downstream platforms
Handle passengers' re-accommodation based on established SOP and troubleshoot issues as and when they arise
Resolve system related issues, including providing business case for required enhancements
Regularly update and distribute operational and marketing schedules to internal and external stakeholders
Keep updated and share with team on system functions and process changes that can help with scheduling work
Requirements
Prior work experience in an airline network planning /scheduling related work will be an asset
Experience using Navitaire or other schedule management systems preferred but not mandatory
PC literate with strong skills in MS Excel
Meticulous and attention to detail
