Principal Accountabilities:

  1. Assist with creating and implementing basic sales systems for specific products
  2. Prepare product documentation
  3. Assist with organizing seminars and training for clients, potential clients, and partners
  4. Conduct market research for products offered by the competition, analyze the market and provide guidance and advice to sales department employees

Knowledge & Skill Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  2. Equivalent years of experience in a substantially similar industry may be considered in lieu of a degree to be determined by the nature of the specific job and the hiring manager’s criteria
  3. One year of related experience preferred
  4. Strong written and oral communication skills
  5. Proficient PC skills

Knowledge & Application:

  1. Good knowledge of single specialist area achieved through prior study or previous experience
  2. Applies knowledge of the principles and practices in a recognized professional field requiring extensive academic preparation
  3. Applies knowledge of standardized rules, procedures, and operations within own area
  4. Determines a course of action based on guidelines

Problem Solving:

  1. Encounters fairly similar problems which require some fact finding, clarification, and basic analysis
  2. Most solutions will be found within normal operating processes and policies
  3. Selects the best solution based on a set of defined procedures or precedence
  4. Occasionally, requires basic problem-solving techniques to define problems and use previous experience to identify

Interaction:

  1. Exchanges standard/basic technical or nontechnical information with colleagues and immediate superiors and/or customers
  2. May be required to interpret or clarify technical information to aid understanding
  3. Audience is generally knowledgeable about the subject matter
  4. Conveys straightforward information to non-divergent audiences

Impact:

  1. Impact is limited to short-term team performance
  2. Supports the achievement of goals through own personal effort
  3. Responsible for planning own work, assessing own progress, and adjusting efforts to meet goals

  1. Accountable for meeting own targets which impact the immediate work area

  3. Work is reviewed periodically
  4. Is aware of wider profitability issues
