Duties and Responsibilities:

• Involvement in the execution of both buy and sell side transactional business in the Singapore Capital markets business.
• Conduct financial modelling such as discounted cash flow analysis and feasibility studies.
• Assist in preparation of proposals, marketing materials/information packages on sell side transactions.
• Assist with due diligence of relevant documents (review of legal documents, title, management contracts, etc.); research and analyse real estate market fundamentals.
• Assist with pitch/marketing documents and any other duties that management may reasonably require.
• Involvement in advising, organising, and managing collective sale exercises of condominiums, commercial, industrial, and mixed-use strata-titled developments.
• Assist in handling and convincing collective sale owners to partake in their estates’ collective sale exercises.
• Assist in the marketing and execution of land and collective sale development sites.

Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree in relevant discipline such as business, finance, and/or real estate.
• Must qualify/possess CEA registration as a Salesperson.
• Relevant 2-3 years’ experience in real estate for Senior Analyst position.
• Proven academic track record with strong performance in analytical and financial courses.
• Excellent report writing skills and attention to detail is essential.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and a second language.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
