The QC Analyst will be responsible for Analytical/Biochemistry Area in the QC Lab. Role requires an understanding and execution of spectroscopy, and other assigned methods which may include chromatography methods (HPLC), ELISA, PCR, CE, SDS-PAGE, IEF, TOC, osmolality, potency methods, appearance and other physiochemical methods.

Key responsibilities:

1. To prioritize and perform the various testing/analysis in timely manner, in order to support the business requirements.
2. Analysis of bulk product, in-process, raw material or environmental samples according to Standard Operating Procedures and Test Methods.
3. Documentation of results in accordance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
4. Problem solving of analytical methods as well as troubleshooting of equipment.
5. Involvement in method transfers and validation.
6. Involved in equipment qualification and technical selection of QC equipment and/or standards and reagents.
7. Assay trend analysis, document revision and update.
8. General lab support including housekeeping, equipment maintenance, inventory of supplies, lab supplies ordering, management of glass wares, autoclaving etc.
9. Any other duties as assigned by your Supervisor/Manager.

Key requirements:

1. Degree/Diploma in a relevant Chemistry, Science field or Equivalent.
2. Relevant work experience preferably with Lab experience in a biotech or medically related field.
3. Relevant experience and accomplishment to dictate final position for which the candidate may qualify.
4. Advantage if candidate is able to Lead the shift team to meet the in-process demand samples turnaround time.
5. Good understanding of HPLC and Empower software.
6. Understanding and execution of spectroscopy, and other assigned methods which may include chromatography methods (HPLC), ELISA, PCR, CE, SDS-PAGE, IEF, icIEF, TOC, Protein concentration (A280 or SoloVPE), osmolality, potency methods, appearance and other physiochemical methods.
7. Provide support in HPLC equipment maintenance and qualification.
8. Well versed in cGMP regulations.
