Analyst/Associate, Real Assets PE

Redpath Partners (Singapore) is currently mandated with a Global Private Equity firm on an Analyst or Associate hire into their Real Assets Team.

Role Responsibilities:

1. Work closely with senior team in the execution of new investments in the region and maintaining and monitoring existing corporate and portfolio investments.
2. Identify, research, and evaluate real estate investment opportunities.
3. Evaluate prospective deals and assist due diligence efforts on real estate investment transactions including market research, financial analysis, and asset valuation.
4. Conduct financial modeling and analyze potential investments by building asset, portfolio, and corporate models.
5. Conduct financial and business diligence (e.g., industry analysis, competitive position, growth prospects).
6. Prepare documentation of investment analysis including investment memos and PowerPoint presentations to the Investment Committee and other key partners for approval.
7. Perform market benchmarking to track relative performance, industry trends, and country data in the property sector.
8. Support ad hoc value-added projects working with team members throughout the life of the investment.
9. Support deal origination, business development, operations, and marketing activities.

Qualifications / Requirements:

1. Master's or at least Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, real estate, or a related field.
2. Investment professional background with 1-6 years of experience working at an investment bank in real estate/infrastructure or top global real estate/infrastructure PE.
3. Strong analytical, modeling, and quantitative capabilities.
4. Ability to think creatively and articulate complex messages and ideas simply and clearly.
5. Accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
6. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
7. Clear and concise writing skills.
8. Highly detail-oriented and organized; ability to juggle many projects and meet deadlines.

SGD 140,000 - SGD 180,000 Salary + Bonus
