We are currently seeking an Analyst / Associate – Fund Management (FM) to be a member of the Company’s global FM team. This position will liaise closely with Country Fund Managers and internal stakeholders to provide business and strategy support as well as drive global investor communications at the Group level. This position is based in Singapore.
Key Accountabilities:
1) Active data management – maintain and update LP database, investor portal, and proactively manage global FM database
2) Prepare general and fund-specific marketing materials, investor presentations, fund management board meeting packs, and fact sheets
3) Support in various fundraising initiatives, due diligence requests, and ad hoc strategic projects
4) Consolidate and prepare quarterly portfolio reporting materials, including AUM, track record, and fund KPIs for decision-making purposes
5) Liaise with internal stakeholders to monitor ongoing financial performance and understand KPIs of existing real estate and private equity funds
6) Assist with monitoring global fund capital deployment and executing capital recycling strategy
7) Assist in establishing internal processes and streamlining operational procedures to enhance global fund management platform
Requirements:
1) A good university degree preferably in the area of Finance, Accounting or Economics
2) 1-2 years’ relevant experience, preferably within real estate/private equity/data analytics. Fresh graduates may be considered
3) Excellent verbal and written communication skills
4) Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, PowerPoint and iLevel
5) Must be fluent in English, ability to speak Mandarin a plus
6) Strong project management skills, detail-oriented, and highly flexible
7) Self-motivated, team player
8) Demonstrate good judgement in high pressure and fast-paced work situations
