The Pacific Operations team at Apple is looking for a dynamic and motivated candidate for the role of Allocation Execution Specialist. This role is an opportunity for a motivated individual to support demand and supply fulfillment activities for Pacific Countries on assigned products in iPhone, Mac, iPad, Apple Watch, Vision Pro, and Accessory product lines. Description:
SAP tactical transactions, handling OEMs to ensure 100% fulfillment of products within the Asia Pacific region, supporting the new product introduction team to ensure excellent execution of product launches.
Drive, support, and participate in User-Acceptance Testing and projects while providing inputs on process improvements to scale up the team.
Coordinate and facilitate cross-functional meetings to ensure timely execution.
Work closely with various functional teams to ensure timely resolutions of disputes or discrepancies, achieve inventory management targets, and potentially lead and drive a group of specialists to meet operational goals.
Process, tools, and systems-oriented. Ability to identify and propose process and system improvements.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in fields such as Engineering, Supply Chain, or Operations is preferred; Fresh graduates may apply for this role.
Strong verbal and written communicator with the ability to articulate complex issues, findings, or analysis to senior management in a clear and concise manner.
Key Qualifications:
Experience: 1-3 years multinational experience in a similar supply chain management role would be an added advantage.
Excellent analytical skills, meticulous with a strong eye for business and consumer focus.
Ability to multi-task, enjoys challenges, and maintains a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work well with cross-functional teams.
