The Senior Executive, Policy and Processes is responsible for supporting the development and implementation of key operational processes, strategic implementation of policies and governance within the division. This role involves supporting management in creating and managing sub-organizational structures, supporting change management initiatives, and the sustainability and expansion of new initiatives.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Co-develop work processes with management to enhance efficiency and alignment with divisional goals.
- Collaborate with departments to ensure alignment with Allkin's overall strategies.
- Partner with shared services (e.g., Facilities, Procurement) to facilitate implementation of new site developments.
- Support the evaluation and integration of new proposals to align services across division, working with the People Development team on manpower resourcing.
- Assist in developing and overseeing compliance processes related to data protection, procurement, finance, and HR. Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
- Support the creation of risk management plans, including business continuity strategies.
- Establish consistent structures for use across services.
- Assist senior management in identifying service gaps and recommending new services.
- Represent the company in external workgroups and taskforces.
- Perform other duties as assigned by senior management.
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field; postgraduate qualifications in Management or Organizational Development preferred.
- 6-8 years of experience in operations management and resource planning within the social services sector.
- Experience in leading change management initiatives and overseeing complex projects will be a plus.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of resource and project management practices.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Innovative, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with experience working with diverse teams.
