Candidate requirements

These are the minimum requirements a candidate must meet to be considered for this role.

• Fast learner with the ability to adapt quickly to new challenges.
• Strong interest in DeFi, with familiarity in blockchain protocols or active participation in DeFi communities
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to articulate ideas clearly and effectively.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to address complex challenges creatively.
• A technical background is not required but is a significant advantage (e.g., understanding smart contracts or blockchain architecture).

Desirable

• Experience with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Figma, or similar) and methodologies (e.g., Agile or Lean) is a plus.

Job responsibilities

• Help with the design and implementation of a robust and scalable trading system, including monitoring and alerting systems.
• Identify potential points of failure, performance bottlenecks, and areas for optimization within the trading system.
• Refine and improve existing market-making strategies for Boros.
• Conduct research and analysis to identify new trading opportunities and strategies.
• Work closely with co-founders and engineers to align trading strategies with the overall priorities.
• Communicate technical concepts and trading performance clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proactively identify and address potential risks and challenges.
