Airport Passenger Service Agent/Officer

Responsibilities (includes but not limited to):

• Checking-in, greeting passengers upon their arrival and ensuring a smooth departure process.
• Front-desk duties at exclusive premier lounges.
• Oversee and lead a team of passenger service agents.
• Make final decisions in ensuring a positive passenger experience and satisfaction.
• Guide, develop, motivate, and mentor your team to the best of discipline standards.
• Ensure that compliance standards and SOPs are met.
• Assist Duty Manager accordingly (e.g., daily deployment).

Requirements:

• Local Diploma (Service, hospitality, tourism or related disciplines preferred)
• Nitec / Higher Nitec graduates, or permanent residents with a non-local diploma, will be considered for the Customer Service Agent role instead.
• Cheerful with pleasant communication skills.
• Proficient in English and a second language for effective communication with international passengers.
• Comfortable with working a 6-day work week, rotational shifts (morning / afternoon / overnight).
• Work in Changi Airport.
