Our client is looking for multiple talented and dedicated Trainee Air Hub Leads to join their three critical operational areas. Job Responsibilities

Baggage Operations

• Supervise baggage operations to ensure timely dispatch to aircraft as per airline requirements and aviation authority stipulations.
• Monitor and oversee the sorting and dispatching of baggage to ensure it is directed to the correct aircraft without delays.
• Collaborate with other teams, including ground crew and logistics, to guarantee seamless baggage flow throughout the process.
• Identify and resolve any issues or delays that may arise during baggage handling, ensuring quick corrective actions are taken.

Maintenance Centre

• Plan, schedule, and achieve workshop maintenance production for Ground Support Equipment and/or vehicles.
• Manage in-house manpower, and/or outsourced contractor production/shift supervisors, and shift planning.
• Experience in automotive fields will be advantageous.

Ramp Operations

• Supervise ground handling and ramp operations to ensure efficient and safe aircraft turnaround.
• Oversee flight handling to maintain operational excellence.
• Lead and guide ground crews to maintain a high standard of accountability, teamwork, and adherence to operational goals.
• Respond promptly to operational challenges or irregularities, minimizing delays and ensuring on-time performance.

Requirements

• Minimum diploma in any discipline.
• Must be able to lift heavy objects and be comfortable with shift work.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and communicating in English.
