Airport Cargo Coordinator (Changi)

Job Summary:

• 6 Days Work (Shift depends on Airlines)

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the end-to-end process of air cargo logistics, from receiving shipments to final delivery, ensuring timely and accurate handling throughout.

• Manage the safe and careful handling of cargo, including inspecting for damages and preparing items for loading or unloading operations.

• Prepare and manage all necessary shipping documents, such as air waybills and cargo manifests, to ensure compliance and smooth processing.

• Liaise effectively with airlines, freight forwarders, and other relevant parties to maintain a seamless cargo flow and resolve any operational issues.

• May be responsible for leading and coordinating a team of cargo handlers to ensure efficiency and adherence to safety standards.

Job Requirement(s):

• Minimum local Diploma in Aviation Services or equivalent

• 2 years of warehousing experience

• Some duties may involve manual handling or physical activity.

• Precision is essential for managing cargo and related documentation accurately.

• Capable of identifying and resolving logistical or cargo handling challenges efficiently.

• Strong interpersonal skills to coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
