Job Scope:

• Ensure a good travel experience for passengers.
• Printing of boarding passes, passport verification, and wheelchair duty.
• Usher passengers to the right counter and boarding gate for check-in.
• Other ad-hoc duties.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in customer service.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts.
