Airfreight Executive/Assistant Manager (Up to $4000)

Executive/Assistant Manager, Airfreight Operations and Product Development

Responsibilities:

1. Drive service delivery to customers and growth by planning the linehaul for shipment and closely managing the movements to achieve established SOPs & KPIs.
2. Coordinate with overseas hubs to ensure shipment is smoothly delivered to final destination.
3. Work with the product manager to develop new product, strategy, and implementation.
4. Manage strategic procurement and vendor relationships with airlines and other vendors.
5. Work closely with Sales team to develop value proposition for new opportunities.
6. Required to liaise with the airlines on shipment details.
7. Work closely with Operations team to ensure customer needs are delivered.
8. Any other tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

1. At least 3 years of working experience in airfreight and related fields.
2. Possess at least a Professional Certificate/Nitec, preferably in Logistic/Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
3. Highly proficient in MS Office, including Excel and Access.
4. Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with good planning skills.
5. Good understanding of sales/operations (frontline experience).
6. Experience working with and enabling teams across geographies preferred.
7. Willing to work weekends and travel overseas if necessary.
8. Candidates who can communicate in both English and Chinese preferred (to liaise with English and Chinese-speaking customers and associates).

Working hours: Mon – Fri 9am – 6pm and alternate Saturday 9am – 1pm
