Airfreight Customer Service Executive

You will be part of the co-loading team in charge of providing seamless and customer-focused solutions through our various airline products.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Assist customers in daily bookings of cargo sales on our various airline products.
2. Booking of capacity with airlines and confirmation of capacity with customers.
3. Be familiar with the requirements of our various airline products and advise our customers accordingly.
4. Assist in the administration of cargo bookings, e.g. loading flight reservations into system/template and ensuring all data are accurately updated.
5. Interface with multiple parties including customer, warehouse, carriers, customs, etc on shipment requirements.
6. Track and monitor shipments status and inform customer accordingly.
7. Maintain good relationships with both customers and handle customers' enquiries on a timely basis.
8. Work closely with Billing Team to provide accurate data for invoicing.
9. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

1. At least 1 year of working experience in the related field, e.g. airfreight customer service, co-loading etc.
2. At least “O” & “N” Levels.
3. Familiar with CCN system.
4. Proficient in MS Office and Excel.
5. Good communication skills and customer service oriented.
6. Communication with Chinese-speaking clients.
7. Flexible / Adaptive to changes and meticulous to details.
8. Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

Working Hours:
Monday - Friday: 9am - 6pm
Alternate Saturday: 9am - 1pm
