AIRCRAFT TECHNICIAN (CABIN) #Aviation #Based in HONGKONG

Responsibilities:

• Carry out inspection, repair, and work on passenger and crew seats, galleys, toilets, aircraft cabin equipment, and all fixtures & fittings associated with the aircraft cabin interior in accordance with approved company procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Remove and replace aircraft parts relating to the Aircraft Cabin to ensure high standards of maintenance and passenger safety and comfort.
• Complete and maintain manuals and technical documents pertaining to the repair and maintenance work carried out on the cabin interior.
• Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the working area.
• Monitor, maintain, and control the movements of all spares and materials, ensuring proper usage and deployment, including returning unused spares and materials to stores at the end of each shift.
• Perform cabin configuration changes on the fleet as per operational requirements.
• Maintain cabin safety aspects during maintenance, paying particular attention to emergency equipment.
• Assist aircraft engineers and technicians with daily maintenance activities as assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Supervisor.

Requirements:

• Minimum NITEC/Diploma qualifications in Aerospace Engineering/Aerospace Electronics/Aerospace Avionic Engineering/Aeronautical Engineering.
• At least 2 years of Cabin Maintenance working experience in the aviation industry, excluding OJT/Helper.
• Exposure to wide-bodied airframes, Boeing, and Airbus commercial aircraft.
• Able to commit to rotating shifts, if applicable.
