Aircon Supervisor (Installation)

Job Descriptions:

1. Supervise & perform installation works of air-conditioning systems
2. Schedule and coordinate installation projects to meet deadlines and client expectations
3. Able to perform troubleshooting and electrical works on site
4. Perform testing and commissioning of air conditioning systems
5. Supervise and ensure all works are carried out safely with safety procedures
6. Provide daily/ weekly work progress reporting to superior
7. Lead and guide technicians with technical guidance and support to troubleshoot and resolve installation issues
8. Assist to oversee the work of subcontractors on-site to ensure their tasks are completed to standard
9. Assume any other suitable duties as and when assigned by the Company

Requirements:

1. Vocational / Certificate/ Nitec/ Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical or equivalent qualification
2. At least 3 years’ experience in the related field
3. Good knowledge in ACMV or HVAC systems
4. Hands-on installation experience and knowledge
5. Good communication and interpersonal skills
6. Ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision
