Air Export Customer Service Officer

Job Responsibilities

1. Attend to customers’ inquiries
2. Prepare and process Air Export booking requests
3. Arrange for collection of cargo at customers’ premises
4. Provide booking confirmation and flight details to customers
5. Manage customers’ expectations and complaints
6. Correspond with overseas offices on shipment status and inquiries
7. Verify invoices from vendors
8. Prepare customer reports

Job Requirements

1. Must be familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel
2. Must be able to work independently
3. Must be able to converse in English through email and phone
4. Must possess a sense of urgency and responsibility in work
5. Outgoing personality
6. Willing to learn with a good attitude
7. Prior work experience in this industry is not required, but will be an advantage
