Air-Con Team Leader/Sub-Team Leader (ACMV)

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of junior technicians to run the daily operation issues, routine maintenance and improvement projects.
• Maintain staff morale as well as a clean and safe work area.
• Site construction management, servicing, and repair.
• Prepare technical proposals for customers.
• Pre-empt and troubleshoot on-site problems.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superiors.

Requirements

• Meticulous, hardworking, and willing to learn.
• Good team player and able to work independently.
• Strong work ethic and integrity.
• More than 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Possess Class 3 driving licence.
• Remuneration commensurate with experience.
