Job description

Provide technical assistance to all relevant departments, dealers, sub-contractors, and customers.
Plan and achieve sales objectives and monthly sales targets.
Manage existing customer base and develop new customers.
Present and introduce products/services with in-depth knowledge.
Liaise with customers to grow new sales and provide technical support as required.
Establish and maintain strong rapport with a network of contractors, consultants, and developers to promote sales.
Prepare pre-sales documentation such as project budgetary prices, quotations, costings, technical specifications, and deliver catalogues and engineering data to customers.
Collect and follow up on payments.
Prepare sales and delivery orders, update delivery schedules, and ensure goods are delivered on schedule as required.
Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.
