The Responsibilities:

• Developing and growing the ASUS Embedded and IOT Computing business in assigned APAC/SEA countries.
• Coverage of Market Development: APAC Countries.
• Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities and new market.
• Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives; seeking opportunities to improve sales; contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
• Maintaining professional cooperation relationships and increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
• Working closely with the HQ PMs/Engineer and extended teams to map end-user customer business or partner’s requirements, providing optimized IPC/IOT solutions and converting them to Design Wins and revenue opportunities.
• Providing trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
• Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events upon company and supervisor’s assignment to further develop ASUS IOT business.
• Developing win-win alliance relationships with IOT vendors; utilizing possible resources to expand and increase ASUS IOT business scope.
• Training personnel and helping assigned countries’ team members to develop business.

The Requirements:

• Goal-oriented, competitive, persuasive, and able to work individually and in a team environment.
• Good experience in IPC Sales / Product Management is a must.
• 3 to 8 years of experience as Product Manager, Sales, or in a related field is required.
• Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of ARM architectures, IOT-related and wireless transmission technology is advantageous.
• Strong command and articulation in English.
• Able to travel overseas upon requirement and assignment.
• Able to work independently and remotely.
