About the Role

We are seeking an experienced AI Product Director to lead our cutting-edge artificial intelligence initiatives and drive product innovation on a global scale.

Key Responsibilities

1. Spearhead end-to-end AI product lifecycle management, from strategy formulation and development planning to market launch, ensuring products meet global market demands and business objectives.
2. Drive technical solution design in AI initiatives, collaborating closely with R&D teams to balance innovation with feasibility while maintaining product competitiveness.
3. Establish and maintain robust product analytics frameworks to enable data-driven decision-making and monitor KPI achievement.
4. Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration between product, technical, and operational teams to ensure smooth product development and iteration.
5. Develop and execute product internationalization strategies based on global market insights and user needs.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or higher (Computer Science or related fields preferred).
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in AI product management with successful product launches.
3. Strong foundation in artificial intelligence and software development principles.
4. Proven track record in data analytics and insights-driven problem-solving.
5. Exceptional project management skills with the ability to handle complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
